Meet Sean

Sean M. Lebowitz, Esq. is a shareholder at the boutique law firm of Gutter Chaves located in Boca Raton, Florida. 

Sean has been practicing exclusively probate and trust litigation and administration for 17 years. He represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries in complex contested litigation, and administers estates and trusts throughout the state of Florida. 

In addition to zealously advocating for clients, Sean is often appointed by local courts as a Curator, Special Trustee, Personal Representative and Court Monitor. He also serves as an expert witness on estate and trust matters.

Sean is actively involved in local and state attorney bar sections. He serves as President Elect of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and sits on the Executive Council of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section (RPPTL). Sean previously served as Vice Chairman of the Florida Probate Rules Committee. He has written and presented on various estate and trust litigation and administration matters.

Sean graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2007 and with highest honors from Binghamton University (SUNY) in 2004. He is originally from Long Island, New York and currently resides with his family in Boca Raton, Florida.
